Appropriate for complete beginners as well as those already experimenting with a raw diet, Alina will be preparing a selection of quick, easy and delicious recipes (breakfast through to supper, plus deserts) with time set aside to talk through shopping, menu planning and using a wide range of kitchen equipment.


This class will cover:

Why raw?
What to expect when you go raw
How to transition safely and sensibly
Why you need to learn how to eat intuitively, and how to do this via
transitioning
What's raw? Taking a look at the 20+ raw food groups
Where to buy or obtain the best produce no matter where you live
What a typical raw kitchen would contain - ingredients and equipment
How to use a juicer, blender, food processor etc., to best effect
How to use a dehydrator
How to sprout seeds and beans, plus how to grow wheatgrass and
sunflower greens
How to make raw food delights such as raw veggie-nut burgers, pizza,
soups, nut milks, smoothies, flax crackers, breakfasts, raw vegan
ice-cream and much more.
How to come up with a daily/weekly menu that works for you
PLUS Extensive Q & A session

The class fee is just $127 per person and covers all of the above representing excellent value for money? All classes are held at Alina’s home in Brooklyn, NY; they start at 10:30am and finish at 5:00pm. Doors open at 10am. Classes are limited to 10 people.

Your venue for the class is Alina’s home at Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. It is very easy to get to via public transportation.

By train: trains D and M to Bay Parkway station
By bus: B1, B6, B 82 to Bay Parkway
